Settlement Agreements

Divorce Settlement Agreements

A Settlement Agreement in New York may be completed together with your uncontested divorce, mediation or other negotiation.  Even if you and your spouse are in full agreement regarding the terms of your divorce there may be some remaining issues that you would like spelled out in a divorce agreement to prevent any future dispute.

Such agreements address custody/visitation, child support, maintenance/alimony, division of assets, etc.  A settlement agreement drafted by our New York divorce attorneys is enforceable as a contract.
